Speciality Packages

"Day of" Event Planning

$1,250

Do you just need a coordinator to help with the event day?
This package includes decor set up, coordination with the photographer, caterer, cake delivery, music, and flower vendors.

Silver Package

$1,500- 1,750

This Package includes 6 hours of coordination for the day of your event and custom small dried/ silk flower table rangements for 10 tables

Gold Package

$2,750- 3,800

This Package includes all benefits of the Sliver Package plus custom dried/ silk flower arrangements for the Bride and 3 Bridemaids as well as boutonnieres for the Groom and 3 Groomsmen

Platinum Package

$4,750 and up

This package includes all of the benefits of the Silver and Gold Packages, plus customized services as desired. Platinum package includes options such as DJ, Mulit-Tiered Cake, Photography, Make-up Service, Charcuterie Board with Champagne During Services, Addtional Bridesmaid’s Bouquets or Groomsmen’s Boutonnière


Wedding Packages

Day of/ Month of Coordinating

$1,400 – $1,800

Includes:

  • Planning takeover 2-4 weeks before the event
  • Final event timeline creation
  • Vendor confirmations & coordination
  • Event rehearsal coordination (if applicable)
  • Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination
  • Lead planner + assistant

Additional hours: $95/hour

Partial Planning Package

$2,750 – $3,800

Includes:

  • Everything in Day-Of Coordination
  • Vendor recommendations & referrals
  • Budget tracking & planning support
  • Scheduled planning check-ins
  • Event design guidance (theme, layout, flow)
  • Lead planner + assistant on event day

Full-Service Planning

$4,750 – $6,500

Includes:

  • Full planning & event management
  • Budget creation & vendor sourcing
  • Contract review & scheduling
  • Event design & styling concept
  • Unlimited communication
  • Full event-day coordination
  • Dedicated planning team


Additional Events types and services

Special Events Planning

  • Birthday Parties: $500 – $1,600
  • Baby / Bridal Showers: $750 – $1,500
  • Corporate Events: $2,000 – $4,000
  • Micro-Weddings (under 75 guests): $2,000 – $4,500

Custom quotes available for larger or specialty events.

Add-On Services

  • Event design & styling: $500 – $1,200
  • Vendor sourcing only: $75/hour
  • Guest list & RSVP management: $200 – $500
  • Setup & breakdown team: $550 – $1,200
  • Extra assistants: $300 per assistant
  • Additional event hours: $75/hour

Final pricing is based on:

  • Guest count
  • Event complexity & length
  • Number of venues/vendors
  • Level of design & logistics required
